Episode 12 - Goof (continuity error): Towards the end when Linc aims the pistol at Mahone, a close-up shot clearly shows that the pistol hammer is cocked. A few seconds later Linc cocks it again.
Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): When Lincoln is watching Sofia at the bank, the brochure in his hands changes position in between shots as the banker leaves the scene.
Episode 04 - Goof (continuity error): When Bagwell kills the drug dealer inside his cell and takes the plastic bag off the dealer's head, Bagwell's left hand changes position in between shots going from the dealer's left arm to under his chin.
Episode 08 - Goof (continuity error): SPOILER: When Lechero first opens the door to the tunnel, the door swings to the left when it opens (hinges on left). But when they come back out, Michael closes the door that would swing right when opened (hinges on the right). Then the door swings left again when Michael and James enter
Episode 05 - Goof (continuity error): When Lincoln is drinking from the bottle at the beach, the amount of water decreases in an instant. He starts to take his first sip and the angle changes, revealing us the bottle is now only half-full.
