MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Michael pushes Sara out the door and then hits the ground to avoid being hit by the snipers, the bottom of his shirt lifts up as he is crawling away and we can see that there are no tattoos underneath his shirt.
CONT: At the end of 'Riots, Drills and the Devil: Part 1', there was a small hole in the center of the window on the door into where Sara was hiding. In this episode, to start with there is no hole in the window and later in the episode, the hole is back but in the wrong place.
CREW: When LJ's mom is telling him to not make a scene while LJ is watching the Fox River prison riot on the news, at 18 minutes, 25 seconds into the episode, in the pane of glass on the entertainment center you can clearly see the cameraman.
CONT: The judge tells Michael that she is sending him to a Level 1 prison. However, when LJ is watching the TV during the riot in 107, the voice-over declares that the prison is a level 5 facility.
