Character Bio

Toby Cavanaugh is a tortured young man with a checkered past who befriended Emily after saving her from her ex-boyfriend's advances. After Spencer becomes a person of interest in Alison’s murder she seeks out the other suspect, Toby for answers to why she’s A’s latest victim. The two surprised even themselves when they became attracted to each other and quickly became one of Rosewood’s cutest couples.
