TV Series (2002)

A reality show that was the inspiation for the Idol series. Although Popstars had started successfully in most countries, the shows soon failed and were dropped by many broadcasters due to poor ratings although sold to over 50 countries. Girls Aloud, from the UK version, are arguably the most successful and famous group to be created by the shows.
