Father Nicholas lives in a Vatican City parody ("Popetown"). He is the handler for the idiotic Pope with the emotional and mental maturity of a four-year-old. Father Nicholas must keep the Pope out of trouble, and ensure the general public does not find out that the Holy Father is an idiot. A trio of corrupt cardinals secretly run Popetown and try to get rich behind the Pope's back.
