Summary: Nick is called upon by an old flame to investigate the mysterious death of a young boy she swears she saw murdered. As the investigation proceeds the team discovers a series of routine procedures that end in death for relatively healthy patients. An even more frightening source of worry is when the team realizes the deaths haven't been accidental and the patients have been sacrificial lambs to an Aztec god. Knowing his friend might be next Nick rushes to help and falls victim to the one he meant to stop leaving Derek and Rachel to find their own way into the demon's layer to save both Nick and his friend.In this episode, Alex is again on her own this time to France to safely deliver a map to Paris' House Precept. A safe trip turns hazardous when her contact is found dead.
