Summary: After Tia moved away, Phil has had to be her replacement for Keely, doing all sorts of “girly” things that she would normally do with Tia. Phil can’t take it anymore, so he fixes her up with Via, a new student who shares many interests with Keely. Phil is relieved that he no longer has to do “girly” things with Keely, though he becomes jealous when Keely neglects their friendship to hang out full-time with Via.Meanwhile, Barbara wants Pim to decorate her room more friendly, like her room as a child.
