  • Episode 05 - Goof (continuity error): Kareem Said finds Ryan O'Reily in Em City's bathroom, literally scraping a tattoo from his left fore-arm. The arm, however, is already bandaged in an earlier scene in the kitchen, prior to Ryan inflicting the wound on himself.
  • Episode 02 - Dick Boccelli, who plays Heinrick Schillinger, is also known as Dick Richards, drummer for Bill Haley & His Comets. At the time of filming this episode, he was an active member of a reunited version of The Comets.
  • Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): Warden Glynn goes from having a full beard, to a goatee, back to a full beard before finally going back to a goatee.
  • Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): Cyril is in the gym training when the fight between Aryans, Muslims and Beecher happens. Yet when it shows Emerald city being locked down you can clearly see Cyril sitting at a table twirling a book on his finger.
  • Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): When the big fight erupts where Shillinger stabs Beecher, Cyril is in the gym area with them, the next scene has The CO's yelling "lockdown" in the main area and Cyril is seated at one of the tables, spinning his notebook.
