Summary: When Metzger is killed, McManus hires Sean Murphy, an old friend to help supervise Emerald City. In another effort to curb violence, an inmate boxing program is established. Coyle confides in Hill about the gruesome manner that he killed a family. With the new health care system, Alvarez's medication has to be reduced, which causes him to start to go crazy.
