sorry to say but the script is bad . Amy Manson looks good and plays her part great , Daniel Mays ,cass , his Character lost all creditability when he started to strangle himself in the cell . who wrote this rubbish , Mitchell Hoban, should never have got killed off in episode 1 , Nonso Anozie should never have got killed off, he was a good Character, bad bad script and very very slow . it could have been good but they messed it up big time ,to see how it should be done look for the series earth2 . |

Post apocalyptic Sci-Fi Drama about the survivors of an almost completely inhabitable earth. Set 10 years after they have colonised a new planet,Carpathia. The show has really cut its own niche into the genre for me, after only 4 episodes I am truly hooked. The concepts for technoloy are interetsting and the acting superb, but more importantly the show introduces many thought provoking concepts and really makes you look hard at your own ideals and moral values. just what would life be like in an ideal, civilised and moral society? can humanity exist in harmony, working toward a common goal without any oppression or hatred? or are we forever doomed to be victims of our natural base instincts and desires? |
