Summary: After waking up from his coma and as he deals with the aftermath of his near-death experience, Lucas decides that he made the wrong choice between Brooke and Peyton. Lucas breaks up with Brooke and secretly gets together with Peyton. However, the truth behind their secret relationship comes out when Lucas has to be rushed back to the hospital and Brooke and Peyton come face-to-face. Meanwhile, Keith is unable to pay his mortgage after paying Lucas' medical bills and is forced to sell his garage to none other than Dan.
