Goof (continuity error): When the crew are attempting to rescue Angela from her spacewalk, the flight director says he's going to order the shuttle Discovery to intercept her. However, the displays at NASA all indicate that the shuttle is the Odyssey.
Goof (factual errors): When they use the Twinternet at the end, they cool it by placing it in a fish tank with antifreeze so it will run faster. Liquid submersion cooling requires an electrically non-conductive fluid, such as mineral oil. Placing the computer in antifreeze would just fry it.
Goof (factual errors): When Kurt takes Angela's gun, you can hear the sound of a hammer being cocked. However, the gun does not have a hammer. Then, after he fires a shot, he pulls the slide back to re-cock it, but the gun is a semi-auto and doing this is not only unnecessary, but it would eject a round.
Goof (continuity error): On Paige's tomb stone, the years 1956-2002 are inscribed, which would have made her 45/46. In episode 14, her age is stated to be 43.
Goof (continuity error): The placement of the blue bowls and mugs Taggart is putting away while doing the dishes with Jenny, is inconsistent between shots.
