Summary: Post-birthday party, Fiona busts her lip open on her cast, and Dr. O’Hara and Jackie stitch her up in the Peyton kitchen. Jackie notices Sarah Khouri’s philandering behavior and brings up her concerns to Dr. O’Hara. Libby Sussman (BARBARA BARRIE), the über-patron of All Saints, is brought into the ER. Before she can make good on the threat to pull her funding, she dies. Unnerved by Dr. O’Hara’s relationship, Jackie tells Eddie she needs time to reconsider their relationship – Jackie’s quality time with Kevin turns into a huge fight.

Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (factual errors): Augmentin is not a medication that is given intramuscularly (by injection). It is only given in pill form.
Goof (factual errors): The attempt to resuscitate Mrs. Sussman was a disaster. Emergency room nurses are certified in advanced cardiac life support. The first things done were correct: they started breathing for the patient and started chest compressions. But after that the next step is always to shock the patient; that is, use the paddles to "kick start" the heart. There is no other way to do it in a hospital setting. All the people in that room would have known that. With someone this important they would have to document that the paddles were used and the charge that was used and how many times it was done.
