Character Bio
The old-guard, by-the-book, ER Administrator Gloria Akalitus keeps the hospital together and running smoothly. Sharp and attuned (or so she thinks), there's not a move in the repertoire that she hasn't seen. Of course, this begs the question, "How could she miss what Jackie is up to?"
