Summary: Don and his team must find who is responsible for kidnapping the family of a jewelry store owner before they are killed.A robbery at a jewelry store turns out to be a kidnapping when the store owner's wife and young daughter are abducted. But when Don and his team get deeper into the investigation, they discover that the heist may not have been a complete surprise to the owner. Meanwhile, Charlie and Amita have their first official date. They agree not to talk about work. Unfortunately, the date goes badly because they seem to have nothing else to discuss, leaving Charlie wondering what to do.
