Based on John Jakes novel, this is the story of the friendship between 2 boys, George Hazard and Orry Main that meet at West Point. George is from a wealthy Pennsylvania steel family and Orry is from a Southern plantation where his family keep slaves. In the years leading up to the Civil War their friendship is tested as their families interact and hostilities between the North and South increase. | ||||||||||||
