The music band "New Kids On The Block" (aka NKOTB) appear as themselves as well as cartoon characters. In the cartoons they live all kind of adventures travelling the world and taking their music and dance to everybody. Their manager only thinks in terms of money. Troubles come when a weird character tries to force them to sing under his rules not as they want to.
