When Satan learns that Petromundo, a huge global conglomerate, has created a super-drill that could burrow to the center of the earth & expose Hell, he sends a demons to eliminate the problem. Balthazor is a good-natured, low-level torturer who has amassed an encyclopedic knowledge of the humans thanks to his love of classic TV sitcoms. He head to earth with mission to blend in & protect Hell.
