Character Bio
Leroy is a Special agent who was born in Stillwater, PA. He joined the Marine Corps and became a top notch Scout Sniper. WHile everyone else was attending College he wanted to serve his country. After serving in Panama and Iraq, he retired with the rank of Gunnery Sergeant. After he retired he joined NCIS, After his family was brutally murdered in 1991. He later traveled to Mexico and killed the the drug dealer responsible for the murder of his family. He has been married and divorced three times, now he is currently single.
