Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): While the build team talks about the shark head they built, the completed shark cage can be seen in the background. In the next segment, we see Adam building the cage from scratch.
Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): During the program one of the strength tests was to test piano wire no.12 to see how much pressure it can withstand before it snaps. One of the hosts states that this scene was in the book and was filmed for the movie 'Jaws'. He is wrong, it was never in the book.
