Based on the works of author/cartoonist James Thurber, John Monroe is a cartoonist who is unsatisfied with his work, concerned about his life's path and afraid of women. So, in his drawings he is king of the castle, but in real life he is dominated by his wife and terrified by his daughter. His belief is that women are only on this Earth to make his life difficult. Episodes include some animation.
