Season four had ended with the caption 'To Be Continued', but NBC cancelled Earl on May 19, 2009. The series' producer, 20th Television, approached the Fox, ABC, TBS and TNT networks to continue the series, but they were unable to come to terms without "seriously undermining the artistic integrity of the series."
> 3 years agoNBC is very stupid they should cancel or shut down NBC because it's nothing but crap. If you seen Raising Hope where Burt Chance kicked the NBC Consecutive in the nuts for cancelling my name is Earl. That was and is still my Favorite episode.
