Season 1 Trivia

Episode 02 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When the group begins to enter the forest as Applejack says "We're sticking to you like caramel on a candy apple", Rainbow Dash is missing her tail.
Episode 03 - Derpy Hooves, the fan-favorite pegasus with crazy eyes, can be seen throughout the episode: several appearances in the public during Rainbow Dash's dream between 03:35 and 04:11, during Rarity's dream around the 8:11 mark and briefly at 17:13 and 18:13 during the chase for Twilight Sparkle.
Episode 06 - This is the first episode of the show to not have all of the ponies talk. Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy only appear sporadically in the crowd.
Episode 23 - Although "Friendship is Magic" is not officially canon with previous incarnations of the My Little Pony cartoons, Twilight Sparkle's mother closely resembles the unicorn Twilight from the first generation of the television show.
Episode 04 - Goof (continuity error): During the first stampede scene, the apple orchard is on the right, but Applejack arrives on the opposite side of the herd.
