- Goof (continuity error): When Nick demonstrates how to get past the alarm he does a forward roll over the sofa, which Ben is sitting on, drinking. He knocks the can out of Ben's hand and it clearly falls to his side. Nick reappears holding what should be the can of Ben's drink. It is obviously a totally different can.

- Goof (revealing mistake): At the beginning of the episode while Ben is preparing to put the dentures on his patient, you can see the patient's real teeth, and Ben dropping the dentures on the ground.
- Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Ben comes in drunk after going out with Roy and Liz, he's singing "I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles!" which is a football song. However, it's the theme song for West Ham, London rivals of Ben's team, Arsenal.
- Goof (revealing mistake): When Michael launches a sausage through the front window, he breaks four panes of glass, but the window frame is never damaged. That entire area should have been destroyed.
- Goof (continuity error): Ben is holding his Tom Clancy book shut, but when the camera cuts to see Michael about to go for his walk the book is open. Cut back to Ben and the book is shut again.
- Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): This is Kenzo's third birthday party just before Christmas. At a previous Christmas, Janey comes home pregnant and gives birth nowhere near Christmas.
- Goof (crew or equipment visible): When Abi and Roger are almost making out in Ben's office, a crew member can be seen as a reflection on a certificate on the wall behind them.
