  • Episode 05 - Goof (continuity error): In Mr. Monk and the Foreign Man (8:2) Trudy has been dead twelve years, but on the witness stand Monk says he had a nervous breakdown when his wife died 10 years ago.
  • Episode 01 - Goof (continuity error): Shopkeeper comes out of the store and Monk hands him a couple of bills from his wallet to purchase Christine Rapp's book. telling him to keep the change. At end of episode, when Monk returns the book, the shopkeeper gives him a couple of bills from the register, plus the 12 cents chang
  • Episode 02 - Goof (revealing mistake): The body of the murdered maid had been laying on the floor for 12 days, but there is no sign of decomposition at all.
