Episode 05 - Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): Monk finds a shard of plastic from a bottle, but later when he is explaining what happened, we hear the sound of a glass bottle shattering, not a plastic one.
Episode 14 - Goof (continuity error): In the opening's flashback, young Monk offers his bike to Roderick. It was established in "Mr. Monk Meets his Dad" that he never learned to ride one.
Episode 06 - Goof (continuity error): When Captain Stottlemeyer is introducing the case, he writes the word "Female" on the chalkboard. Monk then points out that the "L" in the word is crooked, and the Captain fixes it. The L is clearly smaller than the E. However, in the next shot, the L has become taller
Episode 01 - It is revealed that Dr. Charles Kroger died of a heart attack. Stanley Kamel really did die of a heart attack in April. This episode was dedicated to his memory.
