Episode 03 - Goof (revealing mistake): Early in the episode, when Willy (Peter Lupus) dives off the yacht and is apparently abandoned in the ocean, a shot of him being left in the yacht's wake shows a corner of the boat from which the camera is shooting the scene.
Episode 20 - Casey lures Malstrom to the headquarters of a fake corporation, "World Resources, Ltd." that the IMF has set up in this episode. An establishing shot shows that the headquarters has an unusual "inverted double pyramid" design, in which each lower floor gradually becomes wider than the floor bel
Episode 15 - Goof (revealing mistake): SPOILER: (at around 4 mins) The airplane's exploding scene shows a helicopter exploding. Even in that explosion, you can see that the helicopter does not actually explode.
