Mistakes/Goofs

  • Goof (continuity error): (SPOILER) Near the end of the episode, when Joe Conrad (William Shatner) learns that the cocaine is to be delivered to the Ames Art Gallery, he races to the location, at one point almost running down a crossing guard. Jim Phelps and Willy (Peter Graves and Peter Lupus) pursue him in a van, while Barney (Greg Morris) remains at the location where Conrad learned about the art gallery. Mimi (Barbara Anderson) is shown in a hotel room, monitoring the telephone conversations at the same location as Barney. Yet when Conrad is confronted by the police at the art gallery just minutes after he arrives, all four of the IMF members (Jim, Willy, Barney, and Mimi) somehow get to the art gallery at the same time as the police.
