Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (crew or equipment visible): Lt. Bill Orcott (Lonny Chapman) confronts Frank Delaney (Gerald S. O'Loughlin) for the first time as Delaney is getting into his car on the docks. After they speak for a moment as Delaney sits in his car, Delaney drives away and three large round studio lights and a member of the crew can be seen reflected in the passenger side of Delaney's car.
- Goof (crew or equipment visible): Toward the end of the episode, as Delany is walking up the gangplank of the Orion, a camera on a crane can be seen in the extreme far left of the frame.
