Summary: The IMF must free Father Dominguin, revolutionary leader who has been captured by an international revolutionary Acero and local insurgent Martillo, both working for an Eastern power. To free the priest, the team must turn both men against the other.

Goof (continuity error): Martillo clearly shoots Acero in the back, but when we see the body lying on the ground, there is no evidence of a bullet hole.
Goof (boom mic visible): (as 51:00 - television syndication time) When Matrillo says "Esbarto leave us" You can see the microphone at the top left of the screen for a brief moment before it's pulled up.
Goof (revealing mistake): The helicopter can clearly be seen after the explosion from its 'crash'.
