The legend of King Arthur is again retold, only this time from the perspective of the life of Merlin. The story begins with young Merlin being schooled in magic by the evil sorceress, Mab. When Merlin rejects her tutelage a conflict between them caused Mab's attack on Arthur, who impregnated his own half-sister, Morgan LeFey, which led to the birth of Mordred, an evil son who will destroy Camelot. | ||||||||||||
