Arthur: Here! Come and join me. [Merlin, Gwen, Gaius, Lancelot, Gwaine, Elyan, Leon, and Percival take seats around the round table along with him] This table belonged to the ancient kings of Camelot. A round table afforded no man more importance than any other. They believed in equality in all things. So, it seems fitting that we revive this tradition now. Without each of you, we would not be here. My father has languished in prison too long. Tomorrow, I make my bid to rescue him. Are there any around this table who will join me? [each of them stand and talk in turns]
Lancelot: You taught me the values of being a knight, the code by which a man should live his life. To fight with honour for justice, freedom, and all that's good. I believe in the world that you will build.
Elyan: Even though I was a commoner, a nobody, you were willing to lay down your life for me, Arthur. It is now my turn to repay you.
Sir Leon: I have fought alongside you many times. There is no one that I would rather die for.

Episode 07 - Goof (factual errors): (at around 7 mins) After Arthur takes a deep smell of the cloth and awakens he asks "what is that!". Merlin tells him "a combination of hogwort and valerian". Episode 06 - Goof (continuity error): When Elena and Arthur leave for their Arthur is riding a medium brown horse with a black mane. When they dismount his horse is a much darker brown and has on a different harness. The horse he left on had 3 ornamental disks along it's nose while the horse he dismounts from has none.
Episode 11 - Goof (anachronisms): At the end of the episode, Merlin and Gaius have a dinner that includes tomatoes - except tomatoes weren't grown (or eaten) in England until 1600 or later.
Episode 09 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Guias is talking to Alice about poisoning Uther, Arthur's red shirt can be seen through the gaps in the door behind him, waiting for his cue to burst in and arrest her.
