Goof (revealing mistake): SPOILER: When Ira, Cliff's lawyer, walks into the MRI room to try to get a signal on his cellphone, Abbey's spirit causes various lights and toggles on the MRI control panel to activate, including a large red button labeled "MAGNET POWER" with an indicator light above it labeled "ON/OFF." In reality, the magnet of an MRI is always on, which is why all objects containing ferrous metals are prohibited from entering an MRI room at all times. Additionally, modern American coins are not magnetic, so the coins in Ira's pocket should not have been attracted to the MRI magnet.
Goof (continuity error): SPOILER: After we see that Cliff has completely skinned Trish, the bag containing her body parts falls out of his car onto the road and the body parts still have skin on them.
