Season 9 Trivia

  • Episode 19 - According to the lifeboat, the name of the ship was "Sea Dodge".
  • Episode 03 - Goof (revealing mistake): Kelly has lost her beer commercial job and Al asks who her replacement is. Kelly says "See for yourself, here's the commercial". However, she says this just before she turns the TV on and would have no way of knowing that the commercial was playing at the time.
  • Episode 07 - Goof (revealing mistake): Esther and Bud play Scrabble, but the letter tiles don't have point values on them. (The appearance of the tiles may have been changed to avoid copyright infringement.)
  • Episode 26 - This episode was the pilot of a proposed spin-off series starring Eric Dane, Andrew Kavovit, Keri Russell and David Garrison.
  • Episode 06 - Goof (continuity error): In "Married with Children" (1987) {Where's the Boss? (#1.12)}, everyone refer to Gary as "he", and Al pays some man to impersonate Gary. Yet in this episode Al claims that he has never seen Gary, and when Gary shows up - it turns to be a woman.
