Reality series going behind the scenes at the making of a culturally diverse all-male band, O-Town. Lou Pearlman, the manager of boy bands Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC, created another boy band for this reality show. Five members were chosen for this boy band. In the course of this show, they practice their singing, dancing, and record an album.
