  • Episode 03 - Goof (anachronisms): While Roger is singing to Jane at their party, the drummer of the backup band can be seen in the background playing a K Custom crash cymbal, though the K Custom line of cymbal wouldn't be introduced until 1981.
  • Episode 04 - Action takes place on June 11th, 1963, the day a Buddhist monk set himself on fire performing a ritual suicide in protest against governmental anti-Buddhist policies, and the two days before.
  • Episode 02 - Peggy is (secretly) an admirer of Ann-Margaret's performance in Bye Bye Birdie. Ann-Margaret's birth name, Ann-Margret Olsson, is quite close to Peggy's given name, Margaret Olson.
  • Episode 02 - Goof (anachronisms): Stolichnaya was not imported to the Unites States until 1972, although from the context of the scene it's quite clear that both the Cuban cigars and the Stolichnaya had been smuggled into the country.
