  • Episode 09 - SPOILER: When Roger and Don take Freddy out on the town in Season 2, all three men give fake names to gain entrance to a gambling hall. Roger and Freddy claim their names are "Dick Dollars" and "Mike Moneybags." Don says his name is "Tilden Katz", which is the name of Rachel ...
  • Episode 02 - Roger Sterling notices the whole office is listening to a radio, and assuming it's to hear about astronaut John Glenn's hero parade in New York, in frustration says "John Glenn will be on earth for the rest of his life." John Glenn went back into space on October 29th, 1998.
  • Episode 06 - When encountering "Duck" Phillips' dog Chauncey in the office, Fred Rumsen (played by Joel Murray) says "I hope he can't smell cat on me." This is an inside joke referring to when Joel Murray played doting cat owner Pete Cavanaugh on "Dharma & Greg" (1997).
