Grey DeLisle does the voice of Lara Croft, who previously did the voice of Natla in two Tomb Raider games.
This episode is very similar to issue #488 of MAD (the magazine the show is based on), which claimed to have been written entirely by monkeys and therefore had every article themed around them.
In the 2 Broke Powerpuff Girls segment, Tara Strong and Tom Kane reprise their roles as Bubbles and Him respectively.
In the ParaMorgan segment, one of the tombstones in the graveyard is for Sylvester P. Smythe, the mascot for Mad's rival, Cracked magazine.
