Summary: MacGyver is forced to hop a train after recovering some top-secret documents. However, a local tribe stops the train and demands that the person responsible for selling them tainted medicine be turned over to them, or everyone on the train will die. MacGyver must not only save the passengers but uncover the persons responsible.
