PLOT: Pete tells Karen how he met MacGyver for the very first time - a story involving a camel and a desert. However, in season 2 episode 18 ("Partners") it is revealed how MacGyver and Pete actually met and it is a completely different tale involving Murdoc and Jack Dalton.
CONT: "Deathlock". When Karen Blake is searching after a mirror, we see Quayle flipping through the security cameras. When he looks at the room there Mrs. Chung and Pete Thornton are. Pete is missing, and next time he looks at the monitor Pete is back on the floor.
