When Louie calls out to the women in Spanish, he is mispronouncing the phrase "Tu con curvas y yo sin frenos!" which means "You with curves and me without brakes!"
Louie's story about his background is based on Louis C.K.'s real life. His father is a Mexican native. He lived in Mexico City and spoke only Spanish until his family moved to the United States when he was a child. He does not speak Spanish as well as he used to but has a competent understanding of the language.
