  • Episode 08 - Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): While the electric chair was introduced in New York in 1890, information given in previous episodes shows that this takes place in at least 1891. In season 5's There's No Place Like Home: Part 2, Lars Hanson told Doc Baker he had settled there and founded Walnut Gr
  • Episode 13 - Goof (revealing mistake): As he is driving Tod back from jail, Charles is shown releasing the wagon brake even though they are supposed to have been traveling for quite some time.
  • Episode 08 - Goof (continuity error): During the hunt, Charles fires his rifle twice, only a few seconds apart (we see the first shot, then the camera cuts to Edwards when we hear the second one). The two shots sound different even though they came from the same weapon.
  • Episode 16 - Nellie sings "Home on the Range" at the piano.
  • Episode 07 - Goof (revealing mistake): You can see two sets of reins when Albert is driving the wagon. One set Albert has. The other goes into the wagon.
