Summary: The team investigates the death of a retired NASA pilot in mid-flight. The suspect are the pilots son and the pilots business partner. An important fact in this case is that the pilot was going to pay the Russians 35 million dollars to take him into space. Meanwhile, Tidwell tries to help Crews remember who shot him.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: As the episode progresses we see Captain Tidwell (Donal Logue) with non-slicked nicely styled hair, then in the scene in the interrogation room we see him with greased slicked hair. This happens at various points on and off throughout the episode.
CONT: The establishing shot of the downed plane shows three long straight skid marks. As the two approach the plane the new skid marks meander all down the road, and there's only two lines.

TRIVIA

In discussing a suspect with an interest in parachuting, Charlie Crews says he'd like to jump out of a plane. Damian Lewis (I) starred in "Band of Brothers" (2001) as a paratrooper from the 101st Airborne.
