Detective Chief Inspector Morse has died and has left Robbie Lewis(Kevin Whately) who is now a Detective Inspector to fill the investigative gap left behind. Lewis is joined by DS Hathaway (Laurence Fox). Hathaway seems to be a Morse in the making. He provides case breakthroughs alongside the Chief Inspector’s former sidekick.
