• FACT: The medical examiner says that the victim was killed with a .380, but in the actual murder scene, the firearm used is obviously a larger caliber.
• FACT: Eames states that there are no jellyfish found in the East River. She also implies that the East River is fresh water. In fact, jellyfish are often found in the East River as it's really a salty tidal strait.
