Summary: After a reporter and his fiancee are gunned down outside a restaurant, Goren and Eames are given a seemingly reliable eyewitness description of the killer. However, while on the trail of their suspect, the detectives discover the journalist was planning to publish an expose on corruption within the sanitation industry, taking their investigation in an entirely new direction.
