Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (errors in geography): The bridge/dam that Caine crosses in the first scene on his way to Black Mountain reappears in several episodes as a place where Caine and Master Po converse with each other in China.
Goof (continuity error): At the end of the final fight scene Caine says "Choose" to David. When he says this, he is in strong sunlight, with harsh shadows. The entire scene however takes place in overcast skies with soft shadows.
