A remake of the series of 1973 with a new cast. Set in New York City's 13th Precinct. It revolves around the efforts of the incorruptible, but not adverse to bending the rules when it's needed, Lt.Theo Kojak (Ving Rhames), a tough, bald cop who became fond of lollipops when he gave up smoking .
