Summary: Mike and KITT must find a stolen serum which will result in the recipients maximum physicality when used, before it lands into the wrong hands. Thanks to a research assistant from the lab, Billy is given some information to relay to Mike about the serum which will help him while searching for this powerful thief. Meanwhile, Sarah's new duties have her overwhelmed as she quickly learns what it will take to re-institute the Foundation for Law and Government.

At 10:15, Billy Morgan introduced himself as "Lieutenant Templeton Benedict". In the series "The A-Team" (1983), the character 'Lt. Templeton "Faceman' Peck (Character)' was played by actor Dirk Benedict. The A-Team and the original "Knight Rider" (1982) aired in overlapping years from the same studio. In addition, Benedict also played the character of Starbuck in "Battlestar Galactica" (1978); Battlestar Galactica and Knight Rider were both executive produced by Glen A. Larson.
