moonsea63 Nov 1, 2007 6:01AM	I don't think I am going to be watching this show any longer. Even though I like Ramsay, the production itself has no integrity. They always edit for maximum drama, everything out of context. In the last episode (Old Stone mill), the couple who sent back the risotto the first night Ramsay watched dinner service (pre-change) returned for the grand reopening and were once again featured on the show. That's too much of a coincidence.	+0

cburroughs Oct 11, 2007 3:57PM	Unlike the British version, the American version bleeps over Ramsay's foul-mouthed language, which makes this series somewhat annoying to watch.	+3
aldawson55 Sep 25, 2007 5:06PM	This guy is very over the top of course, and it is all drama, all the time, just like Hell's Kitchen. But if you like your reality shows rough and ready, this one shapes up as a must-view.	+3
